Please provide us with the following information via e-mail #1 Word to be carved #2 Characters to be used(kanji, hiragana or katakana) #3Carved vertically or horizontally #4 Only rakkan font is available for stone hanko If the above information (#2,#3,#4,) is not provided, your hanko will be carved in our standard set (vertically carved in kanji in font style F.) It takes about 7-10 days to get your hanko ready for shipment. Hanko are NOT RETURNABLE. Cancelation of hanko orders will not be accepted once they have been placed.
