Shipping & Delivery Time Information All orders will be shipped by air. Most items will be ready for shipment within 2-3 days of your order except for personalized gift items (See personalized items section for details). However, some items might take 5-7 days (or even longer, in which case we will notify you via e-mail.) It usually takes 5-10 days for a package to be delivered after the shipment, not after placement of the order. Please contact us if you don't receive your order within 15 days of your receipt of an e-mail from us notifying you of shipment of your order.
